REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for choosing Dark Moon Paper! We aim to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase, but if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Refunds & Returns Policy
If you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@darkmoonpaper.com with your order number and any relevant images. We’ll happily issue a refund or replacement if your item qualifies under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll either replace the item or provide a refund.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If we made an error, such as sending the wrong item or quantity, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll set things right with a replacement or refund.
- Apparel & Bags (Print-on-Demand): Due to their custom nature, our apparel, tote bags, and storage bags are made-to-order. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are defective or have a printing error.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or Personalized Orders
- Digital Downloads (for personal use only)
- Perishable Products (if applicable)
General Returns Policy
If you’re unsatisfied with a product that doesn’t fall under the non-returnable category, you can request a return:
- Contact Us within 5 days of delivery to initiate the process. Items should be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Conditions of Return: Items must be in their original condition. If returned items are damaged or used, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Refund Process
To start a refund, email us at hello@darkmoonpaper.com with your order number and issue details. We may request photos of damaged or defective items. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations if the order has not yet started production. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@darkmoonpaper.com if you need to cancel. Please note that once an order has entered production or been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds in the following cases:
- Custom or print-on-demand orders canceled after production has started.
- Items returned in a damaged or used condition unless faulty on arrival.
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider. For further assistance, contact us at hello@darkmoonpaper.com.
Additional Notes
- Coupon Codes: Be sure to apply any coupon codes before completing payment, as we cannot apply discounts after an order is confirmed.
- Reproduction Restrictions: Reproducing our products or artwork is strictly prohibited.
